Drop-in seats are first come, first served; booked seats are held for 15 minutes past the start time. Weekday mornings are reserved for school and group bookings.
随到随做的座位先到先得；已预约的座位在开始时间后保留 15 分钟。工作日上午留给学校与团体预约。

Booking policies预约须知
- ✅Confirmation确认方式A request is not a booking until we reply. If you have not heard from us within one working day, call the studio.提交表单还不算预约成功，收到我们回复才算。如果一个工作日内没有回音，请致电工作室。
- 💳Payment付款Class fees are paid at the studio. Parties require a deposit to hold the date.课程费用到店支付；派对需付订金锁定日期。
- 🔁Rescheduling改期Free with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours we will try, but the seat may already be gone.提前 24 小时改期不收费；24 小时内我们会尽量协调，但座位可能已被预订。
- ⏰Late arrivals迟到Seats are held 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the session so the next group can start.座位保留 15 分钟，超过后可能需要缩短课程，以免影响下一场。
- 🤒Sick days生病Please stay home and message us — we will move the booking, no charge, no questions.请在家休息并告知我们，我们会免费帮你改期，不需要解释。
